Spray granulation can be done in two ways:
1, Air is introduced into an electric heater by a blower, heated into a fluidized bed through an air distributor, and the base material is pre-added by the top of the fluidized bed. Under the action of hot air, the base material is kept in fluidized state, and the liquid is sprayed in the top of the fluidized drying chamber, which adheres to the surface of fluidized particles, and the particles grow up in the process of fluidization drying, and finally meet the requirements of particle size. Exhaust gas is removed by bag dust collector and emptied.
2, The air is introduced into the electric heater by the blower, heated into the fluidized bed through the air distribution plate, and the base material is pre-added by the top of the fluidized bed. By adjusting the air volume, the bottom material can be kept in a fluidized state under the action of hot air. The liquid was sprayed into the bottom of the fluidized drying chamber and adhered to the fluidized particle surface. The particles grew up in the fluidized drying process and finally reached the required particle size. Dry powder products are collected by cyclone separator, exhaust gas is removed by bag dust collector and emptied.
